Ticket Protection cannot be purchased by customers with billing information outside the United States or with billing zip codes in Hawaii, New York, or Kansas
Coverage Overview:
An Event Ticket Protection Plan is available for purchase. This plan offers protection for non-refundable tickets in specific situations such as injuries, illness (including COVID-19), involuntary job loss, extreme weather, vehicle breakdown or theft, military duty, and more. Coverage also extends to parking and other event-related items included in your order. Note that for orders using a payment plan, tickets must be paid in full before filing any protection claims.

Go Ready Event Ticket Protection is provided by Aegis General Insurance Agency, Inc. and is underwritten based on your state of residence by one of the following:
- Generali US Branch, New York, NY; NAIC # 11231 (In Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, and Michigan)
- Applied Assurance Company, Omaha, NE; NAIC # 21962 (In California)
- Pennsylvania Insurance Company, Omaha, NE; NAIC # 21962 (In Connecticut, Maine, and Oklahoma)
- Continental Indemnity Company, Omaha, NE; NAIC # 28258 (In all other states)

Ticket Protection Additional Information and Disclaimers
Our Promise to You:
Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 10 days to review your Ticket Protection Plan. If you are not completely satisfied within this period, you may cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not started your event and have not initiated a claim. After this 10-day period, the premium is non-refundable.
