Flying a Kite is supposed to be simple and fun... so is TicketKite. We're here to help.

We adhere to all COVID-19 mandates, restrictions and rules set forth by federal, state and local health codes including social disatancing; which do change frequently. If you do not feel well, please stay home and contact our customer service to exchange your ticket for a later date. Upon arrival please be prepared to have your temperature taken on your wrist and be asked some simple questions about your present health. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest that is exhibiting symptoms or refuses to comply or answer health questions as required by the State of Nevada.

Current State of Nevada mandates REQUIRE all persons over the age of 10 to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth at all times, both inside and outside, when not consuming food or beverages.

Social Distancing mandates in the State of Nevada require a minimum of 25' distance between performance area and guests. Guests are not allowed to go on stage or interact with performers. Tables are socially distanced as well; and no single group of more than 6 people may be sat together. If you are arriving with others you MUST arrive at the door for entry together to be sat together.

Please know these are not our rules, and although rules and mandates may be different where you call home -- we call home Nevada and when you're visiting you will have to respect the rules set in this state.
If you choose one of our online deliver methods either to your cell phone or email that is your ticket; you can proceed directly to the venue entrance and show the QR Code to the Usher for Seating. If you selected Will Call your tickets will be available at the venue Box Office 30 minutes prior to showtime. Please note as a result of COVID-19 mandates from the State of Nevada we are not issuing printed tickets.
If you'd like to exchange tickets for a future date performance that were purchased directly through TicketKite please contact us at 702-483-8056 or by email boxoffice@ticketkite.com with as much notice as possible. In most cases we will be able to exchange your tickets for a future performance of the same production. However, this is not guarunteed.

As with most ticketed shows and concerts Tickets are non-refundable; however we do offer a ticket insurance program during the checkout process that would refund tickets through that program. For more information or to file a claim visit Fan Shield. This program is operated independently from TicketKite.
Each of our shows has individual age limits which are posted in the description of each show. We set age limits due to content of the individual show for language, adult humor, adult situations, nudity, etc. If you have a concern about age limits please contact us at 702-483-8056.
Many of our shows are sold through ticket brokers and resellers; if you have any issues with tickets purchased through one of these outlets you will need to contact the company directly. Each outlet has their own terms and conditions on refunds, cancellations, etc please refer to them directly with any customer service related questions.
